Inspired by the dark folklore surrounding its namesake flower, Hellebore is mysterious, seductive, and steeped in old-world magic. Smoldering ritual spice emerges through shadowed botanicals before giving way to darkened petals and forest resins. As it wears, amber woods and velvet musk envelop the skin in a deep, haunting warmth—earthy, alluring, and impossible to quite decipher.

As with any new skincare product, patch test on a small area first.
Apply 1–2 pumps to warm, slightly damp skin after you shower. Glide over arms, legs, décolleté — anywhere you want scent — and massage in. Layer with the matching mist for more projection.

The ritual
Apply right after your shower, while skin is warm and slightly damp.
1–2 pumps per area. Arms, legs, décolleté — anywhere you want scent. Avoid eyes.
Mist the matching hair & body mist on top for a stronger scent trail.

Hellebore is MY signature scent! LOVE This one soooo much! Just Mysterious, deep, mystical and "witchy". Just reminds me of the European spiritual / magickal book shops I loved while I lived in EU. There is such a sense of home in this bottle for me! Have multiple back up bottles of this one! Will never be without it! Layers sooo nicely with all the Vanillas GA has as well, if you want to tone it down a bit. Love Love Love
All the witchy fall vibes a girl could ask for! This goes on smelling like the BEST homemade apple pie, and wears down into incense and fall leaves. This is a scent I have spent years searching for; it's a scent directly from the warmth of my Aunt Sally's pre-civil war plantation home kitchen, and encapsulates some of my very few happy childhood memories. This one has a strong spicy scent on me which I love. I definitely get cinnamon. It’s a very mysterious witchy scent, I just wish it lasted a little bit longer on my skin. I’m already thinking of lots of great pairings to try with it.

I saw a Facebook reel featuring Garden Alchemy’s Nazar and I was like, “Ohhhhh!” and even though I’d never heard of it until then, I placed an order immediately! Hellebore came a few days later and I. Am. In. Love!! My winter skin is happy and I adore the scent! Two days after I got this one, I ordered 2 more (Moonlit Manuscript and Nazar) and they should be here in a few days…I’m not so patiently waiting! I’ll be ordering more in the future! ❤️

I love this scent. I will say you definitely will smell the apple scent. I'm not a big fan of apple anything but GA did it correct! This reminds me of walking into a crystal shop or a witchy shop!

The scent is amazing, it's spicy and subtly sweet. It smells like a fall night with a hot goblet of mulled wine and delicious plate apple crumble. The oil makes my skin so soft and brightens up my tattoos. 10/10! Can't wait to try more scents!

Just when you think you found a favorite… BAM!!! I think this is my favorite it’s smells like mischievous. Almost like should I approach or shouldn’t I. But then they decide that they need too. Not want NEED to !!!!
Smells great, and lasts on skin for hours. Mixed it with Vanilla Vixen to soften the pine/cedar scent.
Hellebore has become my Absolute Favorite so far. So easy to get lost in the spicy, earthy, Magickal scent. This fragrance has so many layers.... and a mysterious depth that I can't stop smelling!! I have seen a few reviews that say it smells of apples... I Do Not smell apples. But I guess it could be linked to that as it is definitely a "Fall" warm fragrance, and the mind just goes to apples and cinnamon?! But I do Not get that. I smell a European Magickal Herb and Psychic Bookstore! There is something so familiar and comforting about this fragrance. I have a lot of G.A oils... this one I have multiple back up bottles. I don't ever want to be without Hellebore. It also layers beautifully with Ivory Aura and Velvet cream.

All the scents are wonderful but this one reads a bit too much into the apple/cinnamon on my skin. Layering it with ReSIN and Moonlit Manuscript helps.

I've just really been able to use this oil now that the weather has started to turn. It IS autumn in a bottle. It's that moment when summer finally clicks over and cools off and fall arrives. When the air changes and you can smell it. I have no clue how you did it, but you took that smell and stuck it in an oil. It isn't Halloween, although it WILL be my Halloween scent, but it is THE go-to autumn scent for me.
The scent is definitely a bit more woody than I anticipated, but it still smells lovely!
Hellebore is a delightful aroma it is one of my all time favorites.
It’s not near as strong or as long lasting as the last bottle that l purchased. Just disappointing. Don’t know what changed.

Took this on vacation with me and it was a hit!
Shipping was fast from the warehouse, got hung up somewhere in Louisiana (usps) and took a month almost by no fault of the GA company. The oils. The oils are divine not too greasy feeling and absorbs quickly into the skin. They smell wonderful, I got the Hellibore and Coven scent. The only reason there are 4 instead of 5 starts is a personal preference for the scent to be a little stronger in the weight of the over all smell. The scent does last all day its just a light scent.

I was on the fence about buying this scent, but that quickly changed when it arrived. The scent is complex - green, a hint of pine, cinnamon, apple, powder, and musk. It sounds like there's a lot going on, but it all works, and I cannot stop smelling myself.

If you're looking for spice, this is it. Hellebore is a beautiful spicy blend that pairs especially well with Nazar. I get compliments every time I wear it.
